Takeru is a physician dedicated to community-based and integrative care. Early in his career, he served in international medical assistance in Afghanistan with the NGO Peshawar-kai before earning his medical license in 2011. In 2018, he founded the Okoshi Nagomi-no-Mori Clinic in Osaka, where, as chairman of the Rakujukai Medical Corporation, he leads home medical care and visiting nursing across the community. His current focus is building systems that integrate every form of medical care, bringing world-class healthcare to people everywhere.

Takamitsu is a general practitioner and family physician with deep experience in integrative and community medicine. As the sole doctor on a remote island in Okinawa, he delivered whole-person care in close collaboration with professionals across many disciplines, and during the COVID-19 pandemic he advised the local government on infection control. His work explores the design of healing environments and the dignity of life, informed in particular by his practice in end-of-life care.

Kentaro connects people and organizations across boundaries. Working as in-house legal counsel at an AI company, he pairs contract and legal expertise with a talent for building partnerships, bringing people and institutions together to create new opportunities in Dubai and across Japan. A graduate of Waseda University, he holds a Bachelor of Education, a Juris Doctor, and a certified real-estate agent qualification. With curiosity spanning academia to culture, he thrives at the intersections where new collaborations begin.
